Stage 1 · Protocol. The carrier rides in this
page’s head. Find the meta tag named apex-s1, decode its
payload, submit the access key.
Stage 2 · Bitwise. Bytes:
A7 3C 5B 91 E2 4F 08 D6. Compute the XOR-fold of all eight bytes (one
byte), then the parity word: bit i is 1 if byte i has an odd popcount, first
byte = most significant bit. Submit fold then parity word as four uppercase
hex digits.
Stage 3 · Keyed digest. Compute HMAC-SHA-256 with
key APEX-S3-PUBLIC-KEY-2026 over the exact message
the reference constant is 432. Submit the first 16 hex characters, lowercase.
Stage 4 · Error correction. Three Hamming(7,4)
codewords, bit order p1 p2 d1 p3 d2 d3 d4 (positions 1–7),
each carrying exactly one flipped bit:
0100011 1100111
0010101. For each word submit the error position
(1–7) then the corrected data nibble in uppercase hex — six
characters total.
Stage 5 · Parity lock. A 4×4 grid of hex
nibbles. Every row XORs to 0, every column XORs to 0, the main diagonal XORs
to 5. Rows: [X1 3 2 5] [3 X2 2 0] [2 7 X3 4] [5 5 1 1]. The
constraints admit exactly one solution. Submit X1 X2 X3 as three uppercase
hex digits.
